Long COVID is when you experience symptoms for greater than 4 weeks. If you got COVID, you should be better within 2 weeks with natural medicine. 4 weeks if you are doing nothing and eating a Standard American Diet. If you still have symptoms 4 weeks after getting sick, you have Long COVID.

Fatigue is the number one complaint. But COVID can affect any organ in the body. So can Long COVID.

Throw in a fatigue reducing diet, rich in nutrients. Think lots of veggies. PLant based. Not plant based like the fake meats plants. Not that processed garbage. I’m saying real plants, plant-based. And a good amount of clean meat. Now toss in some supplements like L-carnitine, ginseng, medicinal mushrooms, and curcumin. Easy peezey.

Of course, I always start with an individualized homœopathic remedy. A single substance found in nature, which covers the totality of your symptoms. What makes your fatigue unique? Where do you feel it in your body? What is happening at the exact same time as the fatigue? Does anything else happen when the fatigue goes away? Does it bring on anxiety? Where do you feel anxiety in your body? And so forth.
